HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER
1. ONLY Couples and Single Women will be considered for Membership.

2. You must be 21 or over to apply for Membership.

3. To apply, you must complete the Membership Information Form or email us at togajoe@togajoe.com requesting to be considered for membership. This email must include:

• Your name(s);
• A valid email address (this is the email address we will send you information about upcoming parties and events);
• A daytime or evening phone number with a time you can be reached;

By completing the Membership Information Form or sending us this email, you are saying that you agree and will comply with all of the Membership Rules.

Your "application" will be reviewed and an answer as to your Membership acceptance will be emailed to you as soon as possible. Then, when you are ready to reserve your first party, you must phone us together as a couple at the number provided so that we may determine your authenticity as a couple or single female.

MEMBERSHIP RULES 
The "Ten Commandments"

The following Rules and Regulations must be adhered to at all times.  

1. You must be 21 or over to enter (with valid ID).

2. By entering this facility, you agree that you are not offended by Adult Content or Adult Situations.

3. No illegal drugs or you will be prosecuted. Anyone considered to be intoxicated or a nuisance will be removed from the premises.

4. No nudity or overt sexual activity will be tolerated at any time during the event.

5. No unauthorized photography or video. No commercial reproduction of any part of any event without prior authorization.

6. Do not harass or make physical contact with any performers or
employees at anytime during demonstrations or shows.

7. Always be polite and patient with all exhibitors.

8. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

9. NO SINGLE MEN ALLOWED

10. REMEMBER: NO MEANS NO

OUR PLEDGE...
Since 1990, we have been entertaining the fine people who attend our events. We want everyone to enjoy themselves and to get what they expect from a party, including but not limited to good food, refreshing drinks and entertaining music in a fun, social atmosphere. We try our best to provide just that.

If you are EVER unhappy with ANYTHING while you are at an event, please find Toga Joe and bring it to his attention. If there is ANYTHING we can do better, we want to know. Without your feedback, we might overlook something that really should be considered and could be improved. We will do all we can to provide you the absolute best parties and social events.

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

Upon reserving any event or party, you, the Member, agree to and are bound by our Cancellation Policy.

Members canceling their reservations seven (7) days or more prior to the event will receive a full credit towards a future event.

Reservation cancellations received after the seven days, but before the Wednesday prior to the event, are subject to a $20 processing fee to cover merchant account costs.

THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS AFTER THE WEDNESDAY PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

Room reservations must be made through us to receive the discounted $89.00 room rate, and to insure that you are placed on our "private" floor(s).
